High Street Update
Roseland Property is planning to build two different housing types at High Street.
First let me tell you about the new product being introduced to Williamsburg. This will be a mid-rise condominium featuring an underground parking garage, elevator access, community rooms for socializing, pool, and walking paths overlooking a 5 acre pond to mention just a few of the things being planned.
These four story buildings will have homes ranging in size from one bedroom with study or den, one and one-half baths at approximately 900 square feet, two bedroom, two bath homes averaging 1250 square feet and two bedroom with den or three bedrooms at approximately 1600 square feet. There will be a total of 4 condominium buildings. They are anticipating the initial pricing range to be $250,000 to $400,000.
In addition, Roseland will be building 53 town homes which will be three stories in height (with a finished third floor option). The homes will be 2000 to 2400 square feet in size. These towns will each have their own rear yard and detached two car garages. Some will feature first floor masters. These homes will start around $450,000 and go up from there with options.
