New Town Williamsburg , Va. 2005

New Town Williamsburg, Virginia 2005-2006

NEW TOWN is a 365-acre mixed-use “New Urbanism” community now under construction in Williamsburg, James City County, Virginia.
It is the result of a unique joint venture between The Endowment Association of the College of William & Mary and C.C. Casey Limited Company. Complete build-out is projected in 10-12 years.

The cars go in the back. The people go out front.
That’s what made traditional American towns so neighborly and that’s what makes living in a new urban community like NEW TOWN so inviting!

The residential villages of NEW TOWN are designed to enhance the way you live, with homes of all sizes to fit the lifestyles of renters, first-time home buyers, executives, or families. No matter the size of your household or the lifestyle you enjoy, there’s a home for you in NEW TOWN!
All homes in NEW TOWN will be within walking distance of the Town Center and surrounding retail stores and office space. You will also find parks, trails, and open spaces woven throughout the community for relaxing, socializing, or just good old playing!
Two of the Virginia Peninsula's finest home builders are currently building New Town's first residential village. The townhomes offer an inviting array of floor plans ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. Designed in traditional American Architectural style, these homes offer the best in townhome living including some with first floor master bedrooms and all with two car garages accessed from rear alleys.

Renters will discover a range of stylish apartment options, from one-story garden apartments to spacious townhomes to hip live-and-work lofts. Leasing of rental housing in the Town Center is expected to begin in spring 2005.
